Terms of Service

✼ Please read my TOS before commissioning me!
✼ Once you commission me, you automatically agree to my termsThe process:
✼ DM me on Twitter or email me with your commission details and references
✼ The details and pricing of the commission will be decided before the invoice via Paypal
✼ I take 50% payment upfront
✼ The commission will take me 2 - 5 weeks
✼ Feedbacks allowed:
Sketch stage: pose, composition, character details
Base color: colors, character details
Rendering: minor details, some colors
Final product: minor details, some colors (within reason)
✼ Any changes beyond this will incur a fee
✼ If I miss a detail that was stated beforehand, I will tweak the commission free of charge
✼ You can ask for updates at any time, but I will send WIPs during these stages: sketch, base color, rendering✼ I reserve the right to reject commissions for any reason
✼ I refund based on the progress I've made with the commission
✼ I can refund 100% of the payment if I haven't started the sketch yet
✼ I reserve the rights to the commission. I am allowed to promote myself with it and post it wherever I want unless stated otherwise
✼ Commissions are for personal use only
✼ You are allowed to post it wherever you want, make personal prints of it, as long as it is for personal use
✼ You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own, erase the signature, or alter it in any way without my permission
✼ Do not upload my artwork for any AI purposes or on any AI sites
✼ NFT usage is strictly forbidden
✼ Nothing is intended by me or the client for the commission to be shipped to them
